MMA, its Directors and various members of staff have played important role in the development communities, and the uplifting of the Construction industry. We are very much aware of the continuing inequalities that exist in the construction sector and in wider developmental endeavours. The practice continues to focus on the development of the small contractor.

Advice is given on contract matters, formulation of claims, and detailed schedules of materials are prepared. Advice is presented in such a way that sustainable administration practices are promoted. We have experience in a number of community driven projects that have required significant consultations with community representatives to ensure that project aspirations are matched by practicalities.

In sync with academic calendar for tertiary level education, Maphanga Mitchell Associates avails an internship program for students studying at the Swaziland College of Technology to fulfil industrial attachment requirement with the possibility of Contract based jobs for excelling interns.
