Management


This is a holistic field dealing with the coordination of space, in service and facilitates, people and organizations. MMA’s ability to work with other firms and disciplines in achieving global goals lends well in the implementation of Building Facilities Management. We have been involved with existing buildings in finding solutions for their maintenance and utilities challenges as well as designing and creating maintenance manuals for new buildings.

MMA was responsible for the development of facilitates management protocols for the management of some two thousand individual properties spread over eight separate estates for Swaziland National Housing Board (SNHB). MMA completed facilities services for two major parastatals which restored a statement on capital values and comprehensive maintenance plans.

MMA also acted as property managers for the Swaziland Industrial Development Company (SIDIC). This entailed the placement of a full time employee in the client’s offices who was responsible to the appropriate management. The portfolio comprised a large number of industrial premises and the responsibilities involved planned and emergency maintenance as well as lease arrangements.

MMA has a long standing record of preparing property valuations. Such valuations have included residential, commercial, retail, and industrial properties. Our ability to work with other firms and disciplines in achieving global goals lends well in the implementation of Building Facilities Management.
LMA acted as property managers for the Swaziland Industrial Development Company (SDIC) over a period of some five years. This entailed the placement of a full time employee in the clients offices who was responsible to the appropriate management. The portfolio comprised a large number of industrial premises and the responsibilities involved planned and emergency maintenance as well as lease arrangements.
