LMA / MMA have had the opportunity of working on a number of unusual projects. These have brought to bear our
professional skills and fulfil our desire to contribute to the wider aspects of the construction and development
sector.
UNDP funded project for the institutional strengthening of Swaziland National Housing Board. LMA were involved with the Project Management and Facilities Management sectors of this exercise.
Conducted a survey of abandoned and war damaged Health and Education facilities for RRR in Mozambique. This was extended to the development of standard clinic and classroom designs and documentation.
The medium term health sector plan dealt with the future development of Primary Secondary and Tertiary health care interventions. LMA were employed to assess the capital requirements for new building facilities, refurbishment of existing facilities and the provision of vehicles.

Property Management for large corporations with a comprehensive mixed industrial and commercial portfolio. This engagement lasted some five years .and culminated in the appointment and mentoring of an in-house property manager
